In partnership with our RevOps team, maintain clean, actionable data across our diagnostics marketing and sales systems
Implement tagging structures and workflows that enable our team to work more efficiently
Manage the marketing attribution model across touchpoints
Own day-to-day execution within our CRM: email campaigns, workflows, lead tracking, and list management
Maintain and update Diagnostic-specific pages on our website (Framer CMS); coordinate with internal designers on content refreshes
Build and manage an editorial calendar and grow our LinkedIn presence (with expansion to other platforms)
Track relevant awareness days, research milestones, and cultural moments to keep our content timely
Manage digital campaigns including copy generation, design, UTM tracking, vendor management, and ROI analysis
Collaborate with in-house designers to produce engaging visuals, animations, and data storytelling
Develop and maintain sales enablement materials for sleep physicians, neurologists, and PCPs

Requirements

Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Marketing Analytics
Deep expertise with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Experience in medical device, diagnostics, marketing
Familiarity with FDA-regulated promotional content and compliance review processes
Experience with Framer, Webflow, or similar no-code CMS platforms
Background supporting a dual or multi-audience brand
Basic design literacy; experience providing feedback on marketing collateral
