Responsibilities

Responsible for digital commerce growth at key customers, working closely with the brick-and-mortar team to ensure optimization of PDP, retail media, search strategy, and digital shelf management.
Lead the development and execution of customer-specific omnichannel marketing strategies, integrating digital, in-store, and promotional tactics.
Collaborate with brand and partnerships teams to bring co-partnerships and key tentpole moments to life at retail to drive digital conversion.
Partner with Sales, Category Management, and Brand Marketing to identify customer opportunities and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
Collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of customer programs.
Monitor and analyze program performance, leveraging data to optimize campaigns and inform future strategies.
Own & manage budget allocation and ensure efficient use of resources across customer programs.
Lead marketing operations for the digital commerce/omni team to ensure organization and clear reporting.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in customer marketing, shopper marketing, or eCommerce strategy within CPG, retail or agency.
Strong understanding of retailer ecosystems and omnichannel shopper behavior.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage external partners.
Experience with retail media networks and digital shelf optimization. (e.g., Walmart Connect, Amazon Ads, Kroger Precision Marketing, salsify, syndigo).
Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and measure impact.
Experience working with syndicated data tools (e.g., Nielsen, Circana).
Familiarity with retailer-specific platforms
Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and consumer experience.
