Job Description

Responsibilities

Digital Strategy
Execute and optimize digital marketing strategies that support occupancy, lead generation, and brand awareness.
Partner with Marketing Managers to develop digital campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Analyze performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
Stay current on digital trends, AI, and emerging technologies.
Website & Search
Manage website performance, content updates, and user experience.
Lead SEO, local search, technical SEO, and conversion rate optimization.
Support AI-powered search optimization and website enhancements.
Monitor Core Web Vitals and overall website health.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation.
Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams.
Experience managing multi-channel digital marketing programs that deliver measurable business results.
Ability to work primarily in office in Wichita, KS (no remote candidates will be considered).
Ability to travel occasionally.
Experience with:
HubSpot Marketing Hub
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
