Job Summary

Own the demand engine and lead end-to-end go-to-market programs, driving scalable pipeline growth across paid media, website experience, content, and product marketing while building AI-enabled processes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The demand engine
  • - You own marketing's share of pipeline and the efficiency of every dollar behind it.
  • - Build and run a predictable pipeline model with shared definitions across Marketing, BDR, and Sales, and own the inbound path from first click to booked meeting. The number that matters is qualified pipeline and bookings, not MQLs.
  • - Lead paid search and paid media strategy end to end: keyword and audience architecture, bidding and budget allocation, creative testing, and landing experience. Treat it as a growth lever with a target CAC, not a line item.
  • - Build an answer engine optimization (AEO) practice alongside traditional SEO. Our buyers increasingly ask AI assistants "what event management software should a restaurant use?" We need to be the answer the engine gives.
  • - Run integrated campaigns across digital, field, events, partnerships, and ABM, tuned by segment (SMB restaurants, hotels, unique venues), with a disciplined experimentation cadence: what we tested, what we learned, what we are scaling.
  • Website and web experience as a product
  • - The website is the biggest piece of real estate we own and most of our pipeline touches it.
  • - Own the website roadmap, design quality, and conversion performance. Treat it like a product with a backlog, release cadence, and metrics, and hold the team and agencies to a best-in-class standard for design, information architecture, and speed.
  • - Partner with Product and RevOps to design self-serve paths on the site: pricing clarity, interactive demos, trials or free tools, and direct booking of time with Sales. Lower the effort to evaluate Tripleseat.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership in B2B SaaS, with experience at the $50M to $300M ARR stage and a track record of scaling pipeline through that range.
  • Deep demand generation expertise, including hands-on fluency in paid search, SEO and AEO, web conversion, and the full funnel from click to closed-won.
  • Experience building or scaling product marketing, and running launches that moved adoption and revenue.
  • Customer marketing and lifecycle experience tied to retention, expansion, and attach metrics.
  • Demonstrated AI-first leadership: you have redesigned how a marketing team works using AI, not just adopted tools, and you can show the results.
  • Strong analytical rigor: attribution, cohort analysis, CAC and payback, and the judgment to act before the data is perfect.
  • Board-level and executive communication skills. You present clearly, own the numbers, and change course when needed.
  • A builder's mindset and low ego. You lead from the front, you make it happen, and you take care of the team around you.

Preferred

  • Experience marketing to restaurants, hotels, venues, or the hospitality operators who run them. If you have worked in hospitality yourself, even better.
  • Experience in SMB-focused software, where volume, velocity, and efficiency matter as much as narrative.
  • Experience in a private-equity-backed growth environment with clear accountability for pipeline and efficiency.
  • Experience with product-led growth, payments or fintech attach, or marketplace dynamics.

Benefits

  • Competitive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • Company Paid Life Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability Plans
  • Supplemental Insurance Options
  • Commuter Benefits
  • 401(k) with Company Match
  • Parental Leave
  • Flexible Paid Time Off
  • LinkedIn Learning Access
  • Pet Insurance
  • Employee Discount Programs

3.6 Glassdoor

Tripleseat is a catering and event management web-based platform for restaurants, hotels, and unique venues that will increase sales and streamline the booking process. It is the first web-based system created by restaurant event planners for restaurant event planners. Tripleseat captures leads through the venue’s website and Facebook page and automatically uses that information to populate everything to facilitate the event manager’s job. It just takes a few clicks and it will build the client database tracking their history of bookings, generate all the documents needed at once, and change them all simultaneously, while also popping the information onto a web accessible calendar which displays it to be accessed anytime, anywhere Tripleseat has taken the restaurant business by storm, providing solutions and simplifying the event process from start to finish.
