Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Translate strategic direction into clear, actionable plans across workstreams
  • Support development of brand strategy, positioning, segmentation, and messaging
  • Synthesize scientific data, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics into client-ready outputs
  • Ensure alignment across commercial, medical, and organizational priorities
  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities in delivery
  • Serve as day-to-day client lead across accounts
  • Lead client meetings, working sessions, and workshops
  • Translate complex discussions into clear narratives, presentations, strategic recommendations, and actionable next steps
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly and confidently, demonstrating strong presentation skills

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in a healthcare communications agency, strategy consulting, or healthcare advisory environment
  • Experience developing communications, brand, or commercial strategy for healthcare clients
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional accounts or projects
  • Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex scientific and market information
  • Confident communicator with strong client presence and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

The anticipated starting pay for this role is between $68,000 to $140,000 annually, based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and location. You may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses. We review compensation annually and evaluate readiness for promotions every quarter.
