Job Description

Responsibilities

  • own the vision and execution for how Wipe That shows up across social, influencer, and ambassador channels.
  • define our social point of view, build the content engine behind it, grow a community of people who genuinely want to advocate for the brand, and find the cultural moments and conversations where Wipe That belongs.
  • Set the social vision for Wipe That’s relaunch, defining how our refreshed brand and point of view come to life across current and emerging platforms, and follow through with exceptional execution, including transitioning our social accounts to the new brand.
  • Own Wipe That’s day-to-day content engine, building and managing an editorial calendar that balances original content, brand campaigns, creator content, cultural moments, and promotional priorities.
  • Create and publish social-first content from concept through execution. Regularly shoot, edit, write, and produce content yourself, while also knowing when to tap creators, freelancers, designers, or agency partners to bring bigger ideas to life.
  • Translate larger brand campaigns into channel-specific ideas and creative briefs for creators, agencies, freelancers, and internal partners. Serve as the social lead for capturing platform-specific assets during larger brand productions.
  • Act as the voice of Wipe That in social, finding and cultivating conversations across relevant communities and digital channels where Wipe That has an authentic opportunity to participate.
  • Grow Wipe That’s influencer and ambassador ecosystem, recruiting and building relationships with creator and ambassador communities that turn product trial into genuine advocacy and ongoing brand participation.
  • Establish goals and KPIs for social, influencer, and ambassador programs and turn performance data into clear recommendations about what we should do more, less, or differently.

Requirements

  • You’re a builder - You’re energized by creating new programs, testing new formats, finding new creators, and improving how things work rather than simply maintaining a calendar.
  • You’re a builder who translates brand and business priorities into a clear channel strategy and can translate a brand idea into social-first concepts, briefs, creator content, and everyday storytelling.
  • You’ve built an ambassador or influencer program from the ground up.
  • You have a strong instinct for culture. You pay attention to what people are talking about, watching, sharing, and caring about, and can identify where a brand has a credible reason to join in.
  • You’re comfortable being hands-on. You’re just as comfortable shooting and editing a piece of content yourself as you are briefing a creator, collaborating with a designer, or working with an agency.
  • You are outcome-driven. You’re comfortable setting KPIs, digging into results, identifying what actually drove performance, and turning those learnings into specific actions.

Preferred

  • Experience working with a CPG, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brand.
  • Experience with TikTok Shop, Instagram Shop, or other forms of social commerce.
  • Understanding of how paid social works alongside organic, creator, and earned content.
  • Experience helping launch or relaunch a brand, product, or major campaign.

Benefits

  • unlimited PTO
  • a flexible and casual working environment
  • medical, dental and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with 4% company matching
  • parenteral leave
