Responsibilities

• Prepares, assists with and tracks proposals; statements of qualifications; requests for quotations, and pricing and other marketing collateral from concept through completion
• Composes, edits, and creates graphic material, and prepares staff resumes and project experience needed for RFQs, RFPs and other reports
• Coordinates, tracks, and supports the firm’s business development and marketing activities
• Prepares and completes standard federal forms
• Assists in the coordination of trade shows and special events
• Designs schedules and coordinates meetings, events, and appointments to ensure the success of meeting deadlines
• Attends networking events on behalf of the firm when appropriate
• Performs other duties as requested

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required
• 2+ years of professional marketing experience within the real estate, architectural, engineering or construction industry
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and editing skills
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables
• Experience with PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat/Reader, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator software programs
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities
• Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment
