Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of owned channel marketing campaigns across email, app, web, and in-product channels, managing timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure high-quality output delivered on time.
  • Translate enterprise business priorities, seasonal campaigns, and product launches into clear, channel-specific plans and deliverables, ensuring alignment to strategy while focusing on execution excellence.
  • Support customer personalization efforts by executing segmentation and targeting strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams, ensuring accurate audience selection and message delivery.
  • Partner with creative teams to bring work to life, develop clear briefs, provide input on channel best practices, and ensuring final assets meet brand standards and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Integrated Marketing, Menu, and Product partners to ensure owned channel work aligns with broader go-to-market plans while meeting channel requirements and timelines.
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance, leveraging analytics and reporting to identify optimizations and improve future execution.
  • Support testing and experimentation efforts, implementing A/B tests and applying learnings to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner with Technology, Martech, and Operations teams to execute campaigns effectively within existing tools and systems, identifying and flagging any operational gaps or opportunities.
  • Contribute to campaign recaps and performance summaries, helping to synthesize results and share key insights with stakeholders.
  • Bring a customer-first mindset to execution, ensuring every communication is relevant, clear, and on brand

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in marketing, CRM (customer relationship manager), or digital channels
  • 3+ years of Cross-functional project management experience
  • Experience executing marketing campaigns across multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong executional mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience delivering marketing campaigns across digital or owned channels (email, app, web)
  • Strong project management skills and ability to keep work on track in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable deliverables

Preferred

  • Understanding of owned channel or CRM (customer relationship management) marketing principles and metrics
  • Experience working with creative teams or agencies
  • Familiarity with marketing automation or campaign management tools
  • Ability to learn quickly and work autonomously
  • Strong attention to detail and operational rigor
