Job Description
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in content strategy, ideally within an agency, consultancy, digital product, or experience design environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading content strategy for large-scale websites and digital ecosystems, including enterprise or marketing sites with complex audiences, information architectures, and content requirements
- Formidable strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with teammates, clients, and cross-functional partners.
- A history of delivering results on time and a drive to create order out of chaos.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Awareness of the content marketing landscape and current UX principles and best practices.
- Experience collaborating closely with UX, product design, visual design, strategy, and technology teams throughout the design and development process.
- Experience defining content requirements for component-based design systems and CMS-driven websites.
- Familiarity with agile methodology; prior experience is a plus.
Preferred
- Copywriting experience is a big plus.
