Senior Content Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Full-Funnel Content Strategy : Own content strategy from TOFU to conversion, translating business goals into a content roadmap that grows the WELL community and fuels pipeline.
• AI-Forward Content Practice : Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and workflows, embedding AI-assisted ideation, production and distribution into the content engine to scale output without sacrificing brand voice.
• Video Production & Storytelling : Lead ideation, scripting, filming and editing of video content for social and other platforms.
• Channel Content Development : Create marquee content and derivative assets for our core content pillars, including guides, tutorials, articles, videos, webinars, case studies and thought leadership.
• Customer & Client Storytelling : Identify and elevate customer stories and case studies, turning real-world outcomes into content that brings new people into the WELL movement.
• Mission & Category Storytelling : Partner with IWBI thought leaders to craft narratives that advance IWBI’s broader mission to create healthier buildings and organizations, and position IWBI as the global convener of healthy building experts.
• Content-Driven SEO Strategy : Develop and execute an SEO strategy to grow organic traffic and search authority around our core mission topics.
• Campaign Planning & Execution : Manage integrated campaigns from concept through launch, partnering with the global sales team to convert inbound prospects into qualified sales opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in content marketing, content strategy and video production.
• Experience working within HubSpot or other CRMs.
• Strong video storyboarding, production and editing skills.
• An agile, self & results-driven approach to each project.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities & timelines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A passion for creating and building.
