Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of innovative content strategies and executions for multiple brands and platforms
- Mentor and guide junior creators, fostering a culture of creativity, experimentation, and excellence
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Copywriters to shape brand storytelling
- Direct and oversee content shoots, ensuring creative vision and production quality are met
- Edit and refine content with a strong eye for detail, pacing, and platform-specific nuances
- Stay ahead of cultural trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies
- Champion the integration of AI and automation tools to enhance creative workflows and storytelling
- Uphold and elevate the creative integrity of all content produced
Requirements
- Experience in content creation, digital storytelling, or related fields
- Expert knowledge of social media platforms, content formats, and audience behaviors
- Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing or mentoring creative teams
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Skilled in camera operation, lighting, and post-production workflows
- Demonstrated ability to create high-quality content under tight deadlines
- A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of content types, from short-form video to motion graphics
- Passion for innovation, experimentation, and pushing creative boundaries
- Location & Commitments: Full-time role, currently hybrid status
- In-person/in-office minimum of 4 days per week
