Own the end-to-end creation of Residue’s short-form video content, from concept through filming, editing, captions, and publishing, while iterating on formats that perform well.

Create 3-4 short-form videos per week for TikTok and Instagram
Develop simple, culturally relevant concepts that fit Residue’s voice and aesthetic
Experiment with different formats based on performance

Come up with simple, culturally relevant concepts that fit Residue’s voice and aesthetic
Film and/or edit short-form content using the app
Write simple captions and publish content
Experiment with different formats and ideas based on what performs well

Requirements

Have a strong sense of aesthetics, culture, music, film, or design
Understanding of TikTok and Instagram culture
Can make engaging content without it feeling overly polished or corporate
Have experience with CapCut, TikTok editing, or similar tools
