Senior AI Marketing Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Operate the company's proprietary AI marketing systems to execute assigned marketing tasks and workflows.
• Follow detailed AI-generated instructions to implement marketing activities across multiple platforms.
• Review AI-generated recommendations, instructions, and outputs for accuracy, completeness, and feasibility.
• Execute marketing tasks according to established workflows, priorities, and deadlines.
• Identify incorrect, conflicting, or incomplete AI instructions and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Monitor AI-driven processes to ensure tasks are completed correctly and consistently.
• Maintain accurate records of completed activities, campaign changes, and workflow execution.
• Provide feedback to improve AI-generated instructions, workflows, and operational efficiency.
• Execute AI-directed campaign creation, updates, and optimizations across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Implement AI-generated recommendations related to audience targeting, keywords, bidding strategies, budgets, and campaign structure.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, paid advertising, or a related field.
• Experience working with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong comfort level working with AI-powered tools, automation systems, and technology-driven workflows.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies.
• Demonstrated ability to follow complex written instructions and multi-step processes accurately.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts, including paid advertising, SEO, lead generation, and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to recognize when AI-generated recommendations require clarification or human review.

Preferred

• Experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Experience with AI-driven marketing automation or workflow management.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Looker Studio.
• Experience using HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with WordPress or other website content management systems.
• Experience working across multiple advertising platforms or brands.
• Knowledge of SEO, paid search, and paid social advertising.
• Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier or Make.
• Experience in legal marketing or lead generation.
• Experience performing quality assurance, process execution, or operational oversight.
