Revenue Operations Platforms Analyst (Oracle Eloqua)

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and maintain Oracle Eloqua marketing automation programs including campaigns, segments, forms, landing pages, and nurture programs.
• Support the integration and data flow between Eloqua and CRM platforms to ensure accurate lead management, routing, and reporting.
• Monitor program performance and analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards that track marketing program performance and revenue impact.
• Translate RevOps strategy into technical execution within Eloqua and related marketing technologies.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, maintain documentation, and ensure best practices for data hygiene and campaign management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to support integrated revenue and demand generation programs.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering or managing Oracle Eloqua marketing automation programs.
• Understanding of marketing automation, CRM integration, and lead lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with data structures, segmentation, and marketing database best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign and funnel performance.
• Ability to quickly learn new marketing and sales technologies within the RevOps ecosystem.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and clients.
