Regional Marketing Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase census and occupancy rates across multiple nursing homes.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers to drive referrals and admissions.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Collaborate with facility administrators and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and community outreach programs.
• Provide leadership and support to local marketing teams to achieve targeted census goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in the long-term care or nursing home industry.
• Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive census growth.
• Strong network of relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and referral sources in the Buffalo area.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel within the region as needed.
