Real Estate Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing strategies and materials for agricultural real estate listings and related Ag Services offerings.
• Create professional print and online media materials, including flyers, brochures, presentations, PowerPoint slideshows, digital advertisements, property summaries, and other promotional content.
• Create and edit video content showcasing agricultural real estate properties, including incorporating drone footage, graphics, text, music, transitions, and other visual elements.
• Develop and publish social media content across platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube to promote real estate listings and Ag Services initiatives.
• Coordinate and oversee the online auction platform utilized for agricultural real estate transactions.
• Execute marketing campaigns across channels (email, digital, branch, paid media, etc.) for First Mid Ag Services.
• Maintain and update the First Mid Ag Services website, ensuring listing information and marketing content is accurate, current, visually appealing, and consistent with brand standards.
• Assist the Designated Managing Broker in cataloguing real estate listings and confirming appropriate documentation is held for audit purposes.
• Administer the auction software platform on behalf of First Mid Ag Services including accepting bids.
• Represent the Bank and provide leadership in key community activities and committees. Participate in professional associations, attend conventions, conferences and seminars.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field preferred
• Illinois Real Estate Broker’s License
• 2+ years of experience working in legal, banking, real estate, or agricultural service industry.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination or related roles
