Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies for Novalux Realty.
• Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Create, edit and publish relevant content for Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms.
• Promote real estate listings across appropriate online and social media platforms.
• Develop marketing campaigns designed to generate buyer, tenant, seller and property-owner leads.
• Create content that strengthens the visibility and positioning of Novalux Realty and its real estate professionals.
• Assist with marketing new listings, rental properties, developments and other real estate opportunities.
• Accompany the Realtor when needed to properties, projects and events to capture photos and video content.
• Assist with creating and editing Reels, short-form videos, property tours and promotional materials.
• Maintain consistency in the company's image, messaging, visual presentation and brand standards.

Requirements

• Knowledge or experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook and short-form video platforms.
• Basic photo/video editing skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva and/or CapCut is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and bring new ideas.
• Spanish fluency required.
• Basic English proficiency required.
• Real estate marketing experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn the real estate industry and the Novalux Realty brand.
