We're offering an internship for someone exploring a career in real estate — a real look at how the business works, with the opportunity to earn a full agent role on our team.

What You'll Do

● Shadow agents through showings, open houses, and listing appointments

● Learn and support our lead generation and follow-up process

● Help prepare listings and marketing materials

● Get hands-on with our CRM and tech systems

● Assist with day-to-day team operations

● Bring energy, curiosity, and a strong work ethic every day

What We're Looking For

● A genuine interest in a real estate career

● Strong communication and people skills

● Self-motivated, coachable, and reliable

● Comfortable with technology and eager to learn

● Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

● An Indiana real estate license (or working toward one) is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Next Steps

This internship — and the full agent role that standout candidates can earn afterward — are both independent-contractor (1099) positions. The full agent role is commission-based with uncapped earning potential. Specific compensation terms are discussed during the interview.
