Public Relations Manager

Own the North America and cross‑regional PR for Pearl Abyss titles, drive launch and ongoing PR strategy, and ensure cross‑team alignment to hit KPI outcomes.

• Responsibilities: Develop public relations strategies for current and upcoming titles, launches, and promotions in North America regions.
• Responsibilities: Create strategically driven product marketing plans for launch titles and oversee implementation of all tactical components.
• Responsibilities: Maintain exceptional media and earned creator relationships to secure coverage.
• Responsibilities: Organize promotional events, press conferences, tours, visits, and exhibitions to drive earned media and visibility.
• Responsibilities: Analyze media coverage and develop responses where needed to protect or boost reputation.
• Responsibilities: Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual media activity reports to track performance and inform decisions.

• Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years in public relations in videogames or an industry adjacent field, agency or in‑house.
• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in media, public relations, marketing or related field.
• Requirements: Extensive knowledge and interest in video gaming and interactive entertainment.
• Requirements: Proven track record of successful PR activities and earned media planning.
• Requirements: Excellent written and oral communication, strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Requirements: Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

• Nice_to_have: Experience launching AAA PC or Console titles in the US/EU regions.
• Nice_to_have: Experience with online/digital marketplaces and digital content launch strategies.
• Nice_to_have: Korean language proficiencies.
