Promotions and Social Media Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing tasks and projects using department project management software such as Notion, ProofHub, or similar tools to help maintain organization and workflow across the Graphics team.
• Create promotional items, tools, decoration, and other similar props for the Casino using 3D printing and laser cutting software and machinery.
• Assist with planning, coordination, and on-site support for Casino promotions, special events, and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with marketing, graphics, and the promotions teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Support operational marketing needs during promotional events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Assist with promoting Casino events and promotions by engaging with guests on the casino floor, answering questions, and explaining promotional details.
• Provide on-site marketing support during promotions and events, including making announcements and assist with guest engagement when needed.
• Support the execution of a results-driven social media strategy that aligns with the Casino’s overall marketing and brand objectives.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and other emerging channels.
• Assist in planning and maintaining the social media content calendar in collaboration with the Social Media Specialist and marketing team.

Requirements

• Education/Experience: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
• Experience using 3D printing and/or laser cutting software such as LightBurn, Laser GRBL, InDesign or similar software for creating props, tools, and other items required.
• Experience managing or contributing to a business, organization, or brand social media page required.
• Experience creating and publishing content across major social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Notion, ProofHub, or similar workflow tools preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator), Canva or similar digital media editing tools preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, graphics, promotions, and operational teams.
• Willingness and flexibility to support evening and weekend promotional events when required.
