Program Manager, Partner Marketing Campaigns

Responsibilities

• You will oversee end-to-end campaign initiatives within the Partner Marketing Studio, package turnkey demand kits across key solution themes such as Gemini Enterprise, AI agents, Data, and Security, and support turnkey event programs, including the "Event-as-a-Service" motion and Cloud Encounters. In this role, you will bridge campaign strategy, digital execution, and live event experiences.
• High-Touch Demand Generation: Design, execute, and optimize targeted demand generation campaigns to drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
• Event Program Execution: Support the strategy and delivery of in-person and digital marketing events, including regional events, Cloud Encounters, and ancillary programming for Partner Summit, to foster community and engagement.
• Strategic Enablement: Assist in the PDC’s operational transition by developing scalable, repeatable marketing plays that align with the new agentic marketing engine model.
• Cross-Functional Project Management: Manage program timelines, deliverables, and agency relationships, ensuring successful execution across marketing communications and initiatives.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign and event performance, drawing actionable insights to identify gaps, optimize engagement, and report on pipeline impact to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or marketing program management—preferably within the technology or cloud ecosystem.
• Proven track record of designing, executing, and measuring multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
• Hands-on experience planning and supporting marketing events, including in-person, virtual, or hybrid formats.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred

• Experience navigating or supporting a team’s transition toward high-touch or white-glove marketing models.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and Google Workspace.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a focus on tracking ROI and operational excellence.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders, manage external agencies, and adapt to rapidly evolving strategic priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
