Program Lead - Marketing Operations

Responsibilities

• Strategically partner to enable cross-functional marketing programs and initiatives.
• Establish program roadmaps and orchestrate multiple interconnected projects and workstreams, including timeline development, sequencing, dependency management, governance cadence, stakeholder alignment, risk identification and escalation, and post-mortem reviews.
• Add definition to projects and programs where needed, in order to create project and program clarity.
• Keep systems up to date for broader visibility into programs and projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Lead and facilitate the resource management process with senior leaders, identifying resource constraints and opportunities.
• Bring project and resource management “outside in” thinking to the team and broader organization.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Champion project management software and process adoption.
• Direct report team leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Marketing Project Management or Brand Management or related field
• People management experience
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to strategically manage large initiatives, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and functions
• Ability to improve existing processes, systems, and infrastructure
• Ability to lead and inspire teams
