Own the strategy and activation program for a portfolio of events and GTM initiatives, shaping messaging, partnerships, and performance analysis to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Activate on the strategy and programming for a portfolio of events and activations, including Google Marketing Live as well as other high-impact vertical activations.
  • Distill market insights and unify the Marketing and verticalized Sales GTM strategies to support revenue acceleration and growth, working closely with cross-functional partners to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Foster close relationships with global teams to ensure narrative cohesion, and work across external partners (i.e. creative agencies) to ensure this comes to life in market in high-impact ways.
  • Track and analyze KPIs for marketing initiatives, including sentiment shift and intent to spend.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with across Partner, Sales and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in Marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing).
  • Experience in B2B Marketing.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with key topics and challenges that the US Ads industry is facing.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Google’s advertising products as well as the engaged landscape in which they operate.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver insights-driven marketing strategies and plans.
  • Creative flair for design or ability to brainstorm unique event concepts.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator with ability to craft messages for various audiences, including internal and external executives.
  • Ownership to take initiative and spot opportunities to improve processes.
