Job Summary

Own the go-to-market motion across industries and buyer personas, translating product capabilities into industry-specific messaging, enablement assets, and launches while establishing scalable processes and repeatable playbooks.

  • Define industry and persona messaging and sales assets
  • Build and maintain enablement content and playbooks
  • Package and launch products for targeted industries and personas

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Industry & persona messaging. Translate product capabilities into messaging and positioning tailored to specific industries and buyer personas. Such as web copy, event sessions, sales narratives, and campaign messaging that speaks the language of the vertical and/or buyer.
  • Sales enablement & content. Build and maintain the enablement playbooks and assets our GTM teams need to sell into industry — slide decks, one-pagers, landing pages, industry playbooks, and more.
  • Launches products to industries. When a new product ships, own how it gets packaged and adapted for the industries and personas we serve, including the story, any assets, and sales enablement — all alongside and in partnership with our core PMM team.
  • Operational backbone. You'll help stand up processes, templates, and systems that let us work consistently across multiple industries and personas without duplicating effort each time.
  • Range across altitudes. You're able to flex across channels and activations as needed, while also going deep in one area — whether that's a specific industry vertical or persona, or our industry demo strategy, for example. You're comfortable operating at both the generalist and specialist altitudes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience. Exposure to vertical or persona-based marketing is a bonus, but not necessary.
  • Strong operational instincts — you naturally think in process, systems, and repeatable frameworks, and you're comfortable building structure where none exists yet.
  • Expertise in developing positioning and messaging, and translating it into sales-facing and customer-facing assets across different audiences and industries.
  • You’re comfortable using tools like ChatGPT and Claude to work smarter and help automate where it makes sense to.
  • Experience contributing to product launches, including translating core launch messaging into content for specific industries or personas, building out assets and whatever else is needed in support of the GTM motion.
  • Experience in building presentations using Google Slides.
  • Comfort operating in an early-stage, still-being-defined team, and enthusiasm for helping shape how the team works.

Preferred

  • Exposure to vertical or persona-based marketing is a bonus
