Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Master Translator: You’ll bridge the gap between our elite engineering team and all of our external touchpoints. You take complex specs and "bike-speak" and turn them into visceral, real-world solutions that move people.
  • Strategic Architect: Develop and spearhead product marketing plans that don’t just meet brand objectives—they redefine them.
  • Creative Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across departments to ensure every product launch is a cohesive masterpiece of positioning and storytelling.
  • Own Product Positioning & Messaging
  • Work with US and EU brand directors to build and maintain product positioning docs & copy banks per model; localize for EU and U.S. nuances.
  • Work with the US and overseas product teams to interpret and build real-world / authentic product positioning docs.
  • Craft Launch & Lifecycle Plans
  • Define objectives, target segments, headlines, launch KPIs that align with brand marketing, product and sales calendars.
  • Lead Cross-functional GTM Readiness
  • Lead weekly GTM and Launch Readiness stand-ups (sample bikes → content shoots → creative materials).
