Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve Glance’s positioning in the market (AI Commerce, Agentic Commerce, Discovery-led Commerce)
  • Craft clear, differentiated messaging that resonates with enterprise retailers, brands, and platforms
  • Translate technical capabilities (AI styling, virtual try-on, agentic feed/chat) into business value
  • Develop POVs on industry shifts (discovery > search, content + commerce convergence, AI as interface)
  • Lead GTM strategy for new product launches and capabilities (mobile, lockscreen, TV, embed.)
  • Partner with Product to define packaging, pricing inputs, and use cases
  • Build verticalized messaging (e.g., Fashion, Beauty, Home)
  • Create scalable launch playbooks for both direct sales and partner-led distribution
  • Build high-impact sales narratives, pitch decks, and storytelling frameworks
  • Develop use-case driven materials for enterprise conversations
  • Partner closely with BD and Partnerships on:
  • Design partner programs
  • Platform partnerships (e.g., commerce platforms, affiliate networks)
  • Turn early pilots into repeatable, scalable stories
  • Partner with Marketing to drive integrated campaigns (events, content, PR, social)
  • Own flagship moments (e.g., Shoptalk, major launches)
  • Develop executive-level content (POVs, blogs, keynote narratives)
  • Position Glance as a category-defining leader in AI commerce
  • Deeply understand customer needs across brands, retailers, and partners
  • Gather insights from pilots, sales conversations, and market feedback

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years in Product Marketing in retail media, commerce technology, adtech, martech, or SaaS
  • Experience launching 0→1 or category-defining products
  • Strong storytelling ability—you can simplify complex, technical products into clear, compelling narratives
  • Deep understanding of retail, eCommerce, or retail media ecosystems
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally across Product, Sales, and Partnerships
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Executive presence—you can engage credibly with C-level stakeholders internally and externally

Preferred

  • Experience in AI-driven products or personalization platforms
  • Background in retail media, affiliate, or commerce ecosystems
  • Track record of building Product Marketing from scratch
  • Strong POV on where commerce is heading (beyond search and traditional funnels)
