Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of lighting product offerings, translating business plans to define product marketing strategies; leads the strategic process of guiding a product from conception to market success.
  • Implement product pricing and develop strategic pricing for the portfolio, benchmarking competition product ranges and pricing, while monitoring technical trends and product segment roadmaps.
  • Maintain product portfolio and update product roadmaps and product information in relevant tools.
  • Responsible for sales, margin, and profitability at product and brand levels.
  • Promote cross functional collaboration, strategic focus, and organizational agility, working closely with customers, engineers, designers, factories, and sales teams to turn market needs into technically sound, commercially viable products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of marketing, engineering, sales, or product management experience in a technical or commercial field
  • Proven track record of creating and delivering new products, solutions, and services while meeting/exceeding market and financial requirements
  • Successful in achieving exceptional growth in complex, matrix organizations
  • Change agent that supports organizational effectiveness, improvement, and development
  • Able to travel up to 20%
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.
