  • Establish ongoing partner feedback to influence product and messaging
  • Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing to align messaging and pipeline impact

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner Enablement & Pitch Motion
  • Build the enablement motion for accounting firms and solution providers: what each needs to know, say, and show to confidently recommend and pitch Intuit's Mid-Market Portfolio to their clients.
  • Develop the pitch assets, positioning, and talk tracks partners use with their own clients, built around how each partner type actually sells and advises.
  • Identify and build relationships with the firms, solution providers, and segments that matter most to mid-market NTTF and win-back motion, particularly against legacy ERP competitors.
  • Partner Feedback Loop
  • Establish an ongoing feedback loop with accounting firms and solution providers that surfaces what's blocking client adoption, where positioning misses, and what partners need from the roadmap.
  • Bring partner insight directly into product and messaging decisions, so the mid-market portfolio reflects what partners are hearing from clients in real time.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Partner with Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success to connect partner advocacy to pipeline and win-back outcomes.
  • Partner with the broader Mid-Market Marketing team to keep partner-facing messaging aligned with core product narratives and competitive positioning.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with exceptional storytelling and content development skills — ideally within financial management, accounting, or ERP software.
  • Deep familiarity with (or demonstrated ability to quickly build fluency in) a mid-market product portfolio, with the product marketing skill to translate product capabilities into partner-ready pitch content.
  • Demonstrated success building firm- or partner-facing programs — enablement content, pitch motions, or advocacy programs.
  • Obsessive fluency in both audiences at once: channel partners and the mid-market business they advise.
  • Proven ability to build and run a structured feedback loop that turns partner input into product and marketing decisions.
  • Strong operator instincts — comfortable building process and structure in an undefined space.

Preferred

  • Deep credibility with the accounting/advisory and/or VAR community: real relationships, real understanding of how each partner type operates, is compensated, and makes software recommendations to clients.
  • Experience marketing to or working within the mid-market business segment.
  • Experience with ERP, accounting, or financial management software.
  • Familiarity with competitive win-back motions against legacy ERP players.
  • Experience building tiered partner or advocacy programs.
  • Experience spanning both accounting firm and VAR/solution provider channels.
