Mutiny is a start-up growth agency—built and backed by folks with a whole lot of agency and in-house experience. We’re pattern breakers, focused on helping brands throw out their "same old" marketing playbook and find new ways to solve customer acquisition. Our clients work with Mutiny to get top-level strategy directly from experts. We help them organize their holistic growth plan and execute across media, creative and data. Quickly and efficiently. 

We’re in the early stages of this Mutiny, so we’re looking for team members who want to work and think outside the box of a typical “job.” Talented individuals who are self-starters, able to lead client executions, and want to learn and grow quickly. Help us build something special.

You’ll work directly with our Founder and VP, Digital—to own media roadmaps, manage active campaigns, build test & learn frameworks, strategize with clients, and deliver results.

This is a “get stuff done” role—as is every role at Mutiny. This role is responsible for leading strategy in collaboration with our experts and executing day-to-day management of client campaigns. We operate across multiple channels—experience buying media across social advertising, search, Google network, video and programmatic is preferred.

“Years of experience” may vary, but we’re looking for 3+ years running campaigns at minimum. Tell us what you can do.

Hands-on experience across digital media platforms. 

• Cross-channel planning experience
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Experience within programmatic platforms 
• Budget management, pacing, outcome-focused optimizations
• Familiarity with 3p audience tools and how to leverage cross-platform
• Be very detail oriented with in-platform campaign execution and documentation

Strong data skills and the ability to communicate insights.

• You understand tracking implementation, attribution, and how to make data usable
• Strong knowledge of GA4 and Data Studio (other platforms useful)
• Light experience with attribution partners and models
• Advanced excel/workbook skills
• Budget management, pacing, outcome-focused optimizations
