Responsibilities

• Own Gakku's end-to-end social advertising creative process, from ideation and scripting to talent sourcing, production coordination, editing direction, and final delivery.
• Develop high-performing paid social ads through compelling copywriting, creative storytelling, and strong visual execution.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, creators, actors, and video editors to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality deliverables.
• Analyze creative performance using data-driven frameworks and continuously optimize messaging, hooks, visuals, and overall ad effectiveness.
• Identify winning creative patterns, scalable formats, and best practices to contribute to Gakku's advertising playbook and improve ROAS.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform best practices, and emerging creative formats to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.

Preferred

• 2+ years of full-time experience in performance marketing, creative strategy, or growth marketing for consumer apps or at a marketing agency.
• Experience marketing B2C mobile or web applications, such as productivity, education, language learning, marketplace, or subscription-based products.
• Proven experience creating and optimizing paid social advertising creatives across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into creative improvements.
• Excellent project management and communication skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Hands-on experience filming, editing, or producing high-quality video content is a strong plus.
• Previous experience in management consulting or strategy & operations is a plus.
