Your responsibilities would include, but not be limited to the following: * Greeting patients and guests with a warm, professional demeanor * Explaining treatment plans clearly and confidently * Presenting payment options and assisting patients with financial arrangements * Managing incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette and assessment skills * Supporting clear and positive communication between management and staff * Coordinating patient scheduling to optimize daily workflow and staff productivity * Ensuring daily tasks, office objectives, and production goals are met * Assisting with inside and outside marketing initiatives * Preparing and submitting clean insurance claims *Who We’re Looking For* We’re seeking someone who is personable, dependable, and thrives in a busy office setting.
