Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients and increase awareness of Bionic services to healthcare community.
  • Proactively reach out to potential patients and community partners to build relationships and promote our healthcare services.
  • Effectively communicate with patients and healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  • Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, and newsletter, highlighting the value of our patient-centric approach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align patient advocacy efforts with overall marketing objectives.
  • Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Advocate for patients' rights and needs, ensuring they receive the appropriate care and attention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for patients, offering empathetic and compassionate support.
  • Address patient concerns and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Provide information to patients about their healthcare plans, treatment options, and available resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor\u0000e2\b0\u0002s degree in marketing, healthcare administration, nursing, social work, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Previous experience in healthcare marketing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems, insurance, and medical terminology.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and healthcare management software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathy and compassion towards patients and their families.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing patient needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Valid Driver\u0000e2\u0000\u0002s License and reliable transportation is a must.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in healthcare marketing is a plus.
