Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning conversations and guide shifts in client direction with clarity and confidence.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and teams, providing empathy and decisive leadership in high-pressure moments.
  • Translate complex marketing performance data into insights that spark action and align stakeholders.
  • Inspire teams and clients with compelling narratives that clarify vision and accelerate momentum.
  • Connect the dots across workstreams, balancing strategic foresight with hands-on execution.
  • Define and monitor clear success metrics, guiding pivots to maximize client outcomes.
  • Mentor managers and team members, strengthening their ability to think and act strategically.
  • Grow your initial client base from active sales opportunities and support retention, upselling, and sales conversations for long-term growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of combined experience in any of the following: B2B marketing leadership, RevOps, Strategy/Growth leadership, large portfolio management, or large team management. Experience in a marketing agency is preferred.
  • Success in either consultative sales or recurring upselling within client portfolios
  • Strong analytic skills with the ability to derive insights from marketing data and communicate them clearly.
  • Broad understanding of marketing disciplines (ABM, SEO, paid media, events, etc.) and how to deploy them effectively.
  • Proven ability to connect strategy to revenue growth and business impact.
  • Confident communicator who thrives at both executive-level conversations and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Based in the United States and can work 9 to 6pm EST
