Job Summary

Own partner operations for affiliate and influencer programs with end to end lifecycle management, asset approvals, and cross functional execution at scale.

Operations & Contracts: Onboard, renew, amend, and document partner agreements while tracking status and compliance.
Cross functional Execution: Liaise with legal, finance, creative, and marketing to move initiatives from brief to launch.
Asset & Workflow Control: Manage creative submissions, approvals, and day to day program support with reporting and process docs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage affiliate and influencer onboarding throughout the partner lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, amendments, and status updates
Coordinate submission of affiliate and influencer creative assets for legal review and approval, tracking feedback and approvals through completion
Support outbound affiliate and influencer outreach efforts, including drafting, sending, and tracking outreach emails and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of contracts, approvals, communications, and partner documentation
Serve as a liaison between the affiliate team and internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, creative, and marketing teams
Ensure timely execution of partnership initiatives and cross-functional projects
Provide day-to-day operational support for the affiliate team, including reporting, partner asset management, and process documentation
Own the billing and reconciliation process for affiliate and influencer marketing programs
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline contract management, creative approvals, partner communications, and operational workflows
Help ensure affiliate and influencer programs operate efficiently, compliantly, and at scale
