Responsibilities
- Social Media & Content
- Assist with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other social platforms
- Help create and maintain content calendars
- Research social media trends, viral formats, sounds and content ideas
- Film behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, travel and business content
- Edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut
- Create simple graphics and social assets in Canva
- Draft captions, organize content and prepare posts for publishing
- Help schedule and publish approved content
- Assist with community management and engagement
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must have a valid U.S. passport
- Must be available for approximately one full week of travel per month
- Must be able to work on-site in Palm Beach Gardens
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be comfortable running errands and driving locally
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media
- Flexible, dependable and responsive
Preferred
- Previous social media, marketing, executive/personal assistant, content creation, hospitality, fashion, beauty or startup experience is a plus.
