Social Media Manager - Remote Role

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the organic social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Lead community management and develop an engaged social media audience.
• Drive follower growth as the primary KPI, with particular focus on Instagram and TikTok.
• Develop and execute growth initiatives, including giveaways, challenges, and series-based content.
• Manage tag-and-follow campaigns, partnerships, and brand collaborations.
• Identify relevant trends and create timely, reactive content.
• Support social media activities that strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and commerce through TikTok Shop.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in social media, community management, or content-related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok content, trends, and platform ecosystems.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to collaborate across functions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Highly organized and proactive approach with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience in the wellness, beauty, or CPG industries.
