Experience with conversion tracking and Meta Pixel.
Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred

Experience with e-commerce campaigns.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $10,000+.
Meta Blueprint Certification is a plus.
