Build the creative strategy pipeline. Build for scale.
Find the angles. Why does someone actually buy? You\'ll dig through reviews, comments, Reddit, and competitor ads to find the real reasons — then turn them into ads we can test.
Brief the team. You don\'t have to shoot or edit. You write the briefs that make creators and editors great: the hook, the script, the reference.
Ship a lot. We test new concepts every week. Fast and prolific beats slow and perfect.
Read the data. Hook rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS. You\'ll know why an ad worked or died — and what to try next.
Stay on-brand. Beauty plus supplements means writing copy that converts without crossing claims lines.

Ability to work independently, contribute to team collaboration, and hit deadlines without being chased.
Take ownership of your department.
You've conceived ads that actually scaled on Meta, and can talk through why they worked.
You think in angles and psychology, not Canva templates.
You're fast, data-literate, and live in Ads Manager.
You've worked in beauty, supplements, wellness, or scrappy DTC — or you'll ramp overnight.
