Job Summary

Own cross channel paid campaigns for B2B tech with end to end oversight from setup to optimization and reporting.

Cross channel Campaigns: Manage LinkedIn, Google, and Meta from setup through optimization and performance review.
Conversion Tracking: Set up and troubleshoot Insight Tag, Zapier, and analytics integrations to close the data loop.
Reporting and Insights: Deliver bi weekly performance reviews with strategic recommendations that surface actionable optimizations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Managing and optimizing paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta
Writing ad copy and directing creative for B2B audiences
Building and refining audiences, adjusting bids, and managing budgets
Setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking (Insight Tag, Zapier, analytics integrations)
Participating in bi-weekly client meetings and delivering performance reports with strategic recommendations
Proactively surfacing insights and ideas

Requirements

Have 2–3+ years of hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns
Are already active on LinkedIn — engaging with content, ideally posting
Genuinely enjoy learning about paid media and follow the space closely
Have agency or B2B tech experience and know how to manage client relationships
Communicate clearly, proactively, and don't go quiet when things get busy
Available 2–4 hours during US business hours daily
