Own multi-brand email and paid social execution, driving audience targeting, deployment, and constant optimization from concept to performance takeovers.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple brands and business units.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, creative assets, audience targeting, offers, promotions, and deployment schedules.
  • Support inventory, incentive, event, retention, lead generation, and customer engagement marketing campaigns.
  • Recommend campaign improvements based on performance and business objectives.
  • Own the email marketing calendar and campaign execution process.
  • Build, schedule, test, deploy, and monitor email marketing campaigns.
  • Build targeted customer audiences and segments to support campaign performance and customer engagement.
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid social advertising campaigns across Meta platforms.
  • Develop audience targeting and re-targeting strategies to support lead generation and campaign performance.
  • Assist with campaign budgeting and performance evaluation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, email marketing, paid social advertising, or related marketing disciplines.
  • Experience with email marketing, audience segmentation, and customer targeting strategies.
  • Experience managing paid social advertising campaigns and campaign performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using AI-powered platforms as part of daily marketing responsibilities.

Preferred

  • Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Uses data and performance insights to guide marketing decisions.
  • Strong campaign execution and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and business units.
  • Ability to adapt and work across multiple brands and business units.
  • Brings new ideas, makes recommendations, and takes ownership of marketing campaigns.
