Job Description

Lead paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive ROAS and scalable growth.

  • Own end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Analyze performance data and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
  • Coordinate with marketing to align objectives and messaging across channels.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage paid media campaigns on platforms including Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Conduct thorough audience research to identify target demographics and optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, adjusting strategies based on performance data to meet KPIs.
  • Create and test compelling ad copy and visuals to enhance engagement and click-through rates.
  • Manage budgets effectively and ensure optimal allocation of resources across various campaigns.
  • Compile weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align campaign objectives with company goals.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative strategies that capture audience interest.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure innovative campaign approaches.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in paid media buying, particularly with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong understanding of PPC strategies, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance tracking using tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and collaborative skills to work in a team environment.
  • Creative mindset with a knack for developing compelling ad content.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to changing priorities.
