Job Description
Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, discharge planners, and key community stakeholders to increase referrals.
- Field Marketing: Conducting weekly sales calls and visiting targeted providers to educate them on agency programs, services, and specialty care.
- Communication & Networking: Participating in community events, and conferences to enhance brand awareness.
- Data Reporting: Utilizing CRM software to document referral activity, analyze market trends, and report weekly on sales activities.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–2+ years of experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach and marketing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is often preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
