Responsibilities

• Coordinate all truck assignments
• Schedule and assign crew within 1–2 days of a job being booked
• Dispatch crews daily
• Conduct 2-day confirmation calls and 7-day upsell calls
• Make post-move follow-up calls
• Run daily 10am and 3pm check-ins with each active crew; adjust billing as needed and communicate any billing or staffing changes to the customer
• Manage the damage claims process review claims
• Close out jobs daily using the close-out checklist
• Review truck tracker activity
• Manage truck maintenance, repairs, and compliance

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to perform duties accurately, efficiently, and on time
• Professional, courteous approach to customer interactions
• Comfortable following direction from ownership/management while also managing a team directly
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace

Preferred

• Prior experience in moving, logistics, or field operations management
