Onboarding Project Manager - Marketing

Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding & Project Management
• Manage and oversee the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a seamless and professional experience
• Take the approved client strategy and convert it into clear project plans and tasks for execution using Asana
• Create and manage all onboarding and build tasks in Asana so the team has clear direction and deadlines
• Coordinate all moving parts required to build and launch a client’s funnel and ads
• Maintain organization across multiple clients and projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve onboarding and launch processes
• Funnel & Asset Coordination
• Task out all required funnel components to the appropriate team members including:
• Funnel copy

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, project management, or marketing coordination
• Solid understanding of marketing funnels, online offers, and paid advertising systems
• No struggles with being inside a high pressure, high performance environment
• Ability to see how all pieces of a funnel fit together from strategy to execution
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience managing multiple projects or clients simultaneously
• Ability to coordinate and delegate tasks to multiple team members
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to move projects forward independently
