Job Summary

You will own the guest experience at the Lucid Studio, guiding inquiries, qualifying leads, and supporting the customer journey from first contact to vehicle setup.

Engage guests, answer inquiries, and schedule test drives.
Capture high quality leads in Salesforce and conduct needs assessments.
Recommend vehicles, explain features, and support studio operations and paperwork.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drives
Capture high quality customer leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce)
Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing)
Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs
Refer high potential leads to Sales Specialists
Ensure guests are directed to the appropriate next step in their journey
Build deep knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services
Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to stimulate consideration
Provide backend operational support (order paperwork, order/vehicle status clarity)
Support studio operations, including opening/closing checklists

Requirements

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
Experience in a customer facing environment (retail, hospitality, food service, etc.)
Patience, professionalism, and adaptability in a dynamic retail setting
Interest in electric vehicles and enthusiasm for building the Lucid brand
Flexible availability including extended holiday mall hours, holidays and weekends
18 years old minimum
High School diploma/GED required
Authorized to work in the USA (visas sponsorship not available)
Prior experience with CRM tool such as Salesforce highly preferred
