Job Description

Responsibilities

Managing integrated demand gen planning, strategy, and execution for multi-channel event campaigns
Orchestrating cross-functional marketing teams to drive campaign execution and delivery
Driving audience growth and improving customer engagement for our global events
Monitoring real-time performance, analyzing registration/ attendance trends and channel metrics, and making data-driven optimization decisions
Partnering with regional marketing teams to align demand generation messaging and positioning with local customer needs
Communicating results to leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Experience communicating results to stakeholders

Preferred

Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
Experience working with multiple stakeholders at various levels and in different locales to drive alignment
