Social Media Marketing & Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish engaging content across our 12 restaurant locations and applicable Max Hospitality brand accounts.
• Capture beautiful food photography, creative reels, short-form videos, stories, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Showcase everything from signature dishes and seasonal cocktails to daily specials, new menus, and memorable guest experiences.
• Write fun, engaging, and thoughtful captions that reflect the personality of each restaurant while staying true to our overall brand.
• Help manage an organized social media calendar that keeps content fresh, consistent, and timely.
• Create content tailored to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Stay inspired by social media trends and bring new ideas to the table.
• Help turn social media engagement into restaurant visits, reservations, catering inquiries, and event bookings.
• Spend time at our restaurant locations photographing and filming food, drinks, people, and experiences.
• Work alongside our chefs, managers, bartenders, and restaurant teams to capture authentic moments.

Requirements

• Experience creating social media content for a business, restaurant, hospitality brand, or other consumer-facing organization.
• Strong photography and short-form video skills, with an eye for lighting, composition, and storytelling.
• Confidence using Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and social media scheduling tools.
• Experience with creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to capture different brand personalities.
• A creative mindset and enthusiasm for sharing fresh ideas.
• Excellent organization and time management skills, especially when balancing multiple locations and projects.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
• A collaborative, positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with restaurant teams.
• The ability to work independently while welcoming direction and feedback.

Preferred

• A portfolio showcasing photography, video, social media content, or other creative work is preferred.
