Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage every Marketeam.ai campaign on Meta and Google: Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen, Advantage+, and lead campaigns.
Own budgets and forecasts. Know where every dollar goes and what it returns.
Scale winners with discipline: vertical budget increases, horizontal duplication into new audiences, and new placements when the numbers hold.
Build the creative testing engine with design and content: hooks, angles, formats, UGC, and video.
Partner with the sales team so every lead is tracked from first click to closed deal in HubSpot.
Partner with Customer Success Managers on mid-market and enterprise accounts where paid media is the constraint.
Audit client Meta and Google accounts and write clear, prioritized fixes.
Join client strategy calls, QBRs, and renewal reviews to explain what is working and what comes next.
Set the plan, review the work of our AI agents and specialists, and raise the bar on quality.
Track every major change in Meta and Google, and know what it means before our competitors do.

Requirements

7 or more years of hands-on media buying on Meta and Google. You build and run campaigns yourself, not just manage people who do.
You have managed $500,000 or more a month in combined spend, with results you can show in the ad accounts.
Deep command of Meta: campaign structure, Advantage+, audiences, creative testing, scaling, and Conversions API.
Deep command of Google: Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen, bidding strategies, and enhanced and offline conversions.
You live in the numbers: CPA, CAC, ROAS, pipeline, LTV, and incrementality.
You can explain results to a CMO or CFO in plain language and defend your plan.
Experience with B2B lead generation, ideally SaaS, and with DTC or ecommerce brands.

Preferred

Agency experience across many accounts and verticals.
LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, or Microsoft Ads experience.
Experience with AI tools for creative, bidding, or reporting.
HubSpot, GA4, and Google Tag Manager experience.
