Marketing Director

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a marketing strategy and calendar across the group, preserving each brand’s voice.
• Lead campaigns across social media, email, websites and paid channels to drive reservations, event inquiries, repeat visits and online sales.
• Plan content, write and edit copy, and coordinate photographers, designers and other creative partners.
• Develop collaborations, partnerships and programming alongside our venue and events teams.
• Coordinate launches, seasonal promotions and announcements, making sure the details are accurate and deadlines are met.
• Manage marketing budgets, track results and identify where our time and money will have the greatest impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, including ownership of campaigns and coordination of teams or creative partners.
• Experience working across multiple brands or locations. Hospitality, food and beverage or lifestyle experience is a strong plus.
• Strong writing, creative judgment, organization and follow-through.
• Practical experience with social media, email marketing, digital advertising, websites and performance reporting.
• A portfolio showing both thoughtful creative work and measurable business results, beyond follower counts.
• A genuine interest in restaurants, bars, coffee and the communities around them.
