Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop creative social media posts, graphics, videos, and short-form content across platforms
- Assist in filming, editing, scheduling, and optimizing video content, including YouTube
- Support content planning and maintain social media publishing calendars
- Track and analyze social media and YouTube performance metrics to help inform content strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams to support digital storytelling and audience engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled at Syracuse University7s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
- Must be participating in a Newhouse Study Away Program in New York City or Los Angeles during the internship term.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
- Program Eligibility: This internship opportunity is exclusively available to students enrolled in an official Syracuse University Newhouse Study Away Program. Applicants must be actively participating in the Newhouse LA program during the semester in which the internship takes place.
